Sapphire withdraws stake in Refico, exits City Garden Apartments JV

Sakkara Asia-Pacific Project Holding Investment Real Estate JSC (Sapphire) said on Thursday that it had divested its minority shareholding in both Refico Real Estate Group and the City Garden Apartments joint venture.
